To ensure you receive banner alerts and see activity updates in Microsoft Teams, you’ll need to adjust your Notifications & Activity settings. These settings control how and when Teams notifies you about messages, mentions, reactions, and more.

🧭 Steps to Configure Notification Settings

1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. Click Activity in the upper-left corner
3. Click the three-dot icon next to Activity and select Notification Settings
4. In the General section:
   • Ensure “Mute all notifications” is turned off
5. In the Chat and Channels section:
   • Set “Chat message notifications” to “Show in banner”
