- Storage limits for SharePoint sites (including channel sites) are determined by internal tenant settings.
- Only users with administrator role permissions can adjust these settings via the SharePoint Admin Center.
- The Office 365 Help Desk does not have access to internal tenant configurations or admin permissions.
