  • Files created or uploaded using “+ Add New” on OneDrive, or shared via Microsoft Teams chat, are automatically saved in “My Files”.
  • You can share files directly from “My Files” with others.

📁 Folder Sharing Limitations

Currently, there is no confirmed method to create a new folder that can be shared internally in your environment. As a workaround:

  • Please create folders directly in OneDrive.
  • Use file-level sharing options as needed until folder-level sharing becomes available.
